We are able through this to offer patients the full range of modern dentistry from routine care through to complex restorative treatment including dental implants to replace missing teeth and Invisalign to straighten teeth.
Dr Jacob Connolly

Jacob qualified in Liverpool in 2021 with Distinction, which is a rare and impressive achievement. He is a kind, compassionate and highly conscientious dentist who is constantly striving to update his skillset and keep up to date with the latest and best techniques and technology. He holds a postgraduate certificate in cosmetic and restorative dentistry.
His passion for his chosen career is obvious and this translates into his thorough approach to treatment planning and patient communication.
Outside of work Jacob loves to be in the outdoors, particularly hiking and wild swimming.

Sunil qualified from Sheffield University in 2021 and was awarded the Glaxo Smith Klyne Dentistry prize. He takes pride in offering high quality dental treatment whilst creating a relaxing and welcoming environment. He is commited to ongoing post graduate education and has completed a 12 month certificate in restorative dentistry with Professor Paul Tipton. He has also completed several cosmetic dentistry courses and he is also an Invisalign provider.
Outside of dentistry Sunil enjoys keeping fit at the gym and taking weekend trips home to spend time with his family and dog in Blackpool.
Dr Georgia Barron

Georgia works at the practice as an implant surgeon and because of her experience and training she is able to take on both simple and complex cases. Referrals to Georgia from other dentists are welcome.
Georgia qualified in 2017 from Manchester University and has a specialist interest in oral surgery, sedation and dental implants, having completed her Masters in Implantology from the University of Salford. She has undergone additional training in oral and maxillofacial surgery in Sheffield and Chesterfield and has worked at Manchester Dental Hospital as a specialist dentist in oral surgery.
She has worked as an educational supervisor for foundation dentists and therapists providing support and mentoring to newly qualified clinicians. To support this Georgia has also completed a post graduate certificate in Medical Education.
In her spare time Georgia can often be found outdoors and is a keen runner including taking part in marathons. She also enjoys road cycling and skiing.

Lizzie’s journey in dentistry began with her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Birmingham University in 2008. She further honed her skills by completing a Master of Science (MSc) in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics at the University of Manchester in 2015, where she gained the expertise to treat complex cases such as severe tooth wear and complex dentures. To expand her skills further, Lizzie pursued a Diploma in Clinical Periodontology at UCLAN in 2022, enabling her to effectively manage severe gum diseases for both her patients and those referred to her.
Lizzie leads the team at our practice, guiding and supporting her colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care. She is also passionate about staying at the forefront of her field, continually learning about the latest advancements in dentistry to provide the best possible treatments for her patients. In addition to her clinical work, Lizzie teaches on the Masters degree in Prosthodontics and runs the outreach program for undergraduate dental students at the University of Manchester, sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm for dentistry with the next generation of professionals.
Outside of her professional life, Lizzie enjoys dancing—ballet, tap, and modern dance—and when she has any spare time, you’ll likely find her running around after her three children.
Dr Sharon Till

Sharon graduated from the University of Manchester Dental School in 1990. After qualification she worked in the hospital service for a number of years obtaining experience in a range of specialties including oral and maxillofacial surgery and intravenous sedation. She obtained the Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons in Glasgow in 1994. Since 1994 Sharon has worked in general dental practice and has had experience in both NHS and private practices. Once settled at Dash Dental Care (formerly Church Road Dental Practice) she was able to introduce her knowledge and experience of intravenous sedation to the practice, along with Damian O'Shea, developed the practice into a referral centre for anxious patients.
Sharon also developed an interest in cosmetic dentistry and has watched and learned as this discipline has evolved over recent years. She offers sound ethical advice to anyone considering cosmetic dental treatment and supports minimally invasive techniques to improve the appearance of the teeth whilst maintaining their health.
She is committed to ongoing postgraduate education as a means of delivering the highest standard of care and the latest techniques to my patients.
Sharon is a member of the Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry (SAAD), the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and The Association of Dental Anaesthetists (ADA).
Away from dentistry Sharon is a Mum to twin daughters (grown up but still keeping her busy!). She enjoys yoga, pilates, dance classes, skiing, trips to the theatre and lots of family time.
Mr Damian O'Shea

Damian was a founding partner at Dash Dental Care and although he is sadly no longer with us his dedication to Dash Dental Care and the legacy he has left behind is still clear to see as soon as you step through our doors. He helped to create an amazing practice that is loved by both patients and staff and he is missed greatly by everyone. He will never be forgotten.
Miss Heather Thorman

Heather has a keen interest in treating gum disease and providing oral health education. She also enjoys treating and supporting patients with complex restorative work such as implants and bridges.
In her spare time Heather enjoys horse riding and competes in competitions with her horse Jacob.
Miss Niamh Orrell

Niamh joined us in 2026, having completed her training at the Universityy of Sheffield in 2024. Previously a dental nurse, she decided to return to university to further her studies.
Niamh has quickly become a valued member of the team, with patients often commenting on the excellent care she provides. She excels in helping patients maintain their oral health routines, offering guidance and support to ensure they achieve the best possible results.
Outside of work, Niamh enjoys walking her dog and spending time outdoors
Miss Emily Beer

Emily first discovered dentistry when she was 18, just out of college and trying to find what she wanted to do. Whilst training to become a dental nurse she worked with a variety of team members including dentists and hygienists and knew she wanted to progress further. Once Emily had completed her training she looked into possible courses and decided upon the dual Hygiene and Therapy course at the Greater Manchester School of Dental Care Professionals (now part of Manchester University). It was here where she trained to do the job she now loves, giving the best care for patients, providing education on oral health, high quality hygiene and restorative treatments. She loves spending her days talking with patients, understanding their needs, helping them and also getting to know them so she can provide tailored treatments.
Outside of work Emily likes spending time relaxing at home with her three cats Willow, Ivy and Eve who keep her entertained with their antics as well as spending time with her husband and daughter.
Mrs Lisa Davies

Lisa is a qualified and registered dental nurse who has worked at Dash Dental Care since 2001.
Her role as Reception Manager includes ensuring the smooth running of the administrative side of the practice. Anyone who comes to the practice will always be greeted by Lisa's smiling face.
When not working her time is taken up looking after her two children.

Olivia joined Dash Dental Care in 2024 as a trainee dental nurse, having made the transition from a career in hospitality. Since then, she has successfully qualified and is now a fully registered dental nurse.
